What is Missing 411 Insiders?

Missing 411 Insiders is an exclusive membership program for those fascinated by the mysteries of disappearances, unexplained cases, and the search for answers. As a member, you’ll gain access to exclusive content from David Paulides, participate in live Q&A sessions, and explore in-depth case discussions not available to the public. Depending upon the membership you choose, it may also include early access to new research, insider updates, and exclusive events. Learn more here.

How can I join Missing 411 Insiders?

Joining is simple! Just visit our membership page, scroll down, and choose the plan that works for you (monthly or annual). Once you complete the signup process, you’ll unlock all the exclusive benefits of being an Insider.

What kind of exclusive content will I receive as a member?

As a Missing 411 Insider, you’ll gain access to exclusive research and case updates from David Paulides, behind-the-scenes videos, early access to new books and documentaries, and members-only live sessions. David also plans to bring in special guests for some of the live streams as well. Most all live streams will include a moderated Q&A session at the end of the presentation or interview.

Are there different membership tiers, and what do they include?

Yes, we offer multiple membership tiers to fit different interests and budgets. Each tier provides access to exclusive content, with higher-tier memberships unlocking additional benefits such as personalized Q&As, signed merchandise, or priority event access. Will I get a physical membership card or onboarding gifts?

Yes! Our annual membership levels may include a physical welcome kit, which could contain a membership card, exclusive Missing 411 merchandise, and other special items. Details on what’s included in your membership tier can be found on the Insiders page.  Gifts for monthly memberships are only realized after 12 months of continuous membership.

 

Will there be exclusive live events for members?

Yes! Every live stream and Q&A session with David Paulides is exclusively viewable by members as are the archive of these sessions.

How can I view or update my account details?

You can manage your membership by logging in to your Account. There, you can update your personal details, billing information, and other settings. If you need help, contact our Member Support team at Insiders@Missing411.com.

If I upgrade my membership, when will I be charged?

If you upgrade your membership, you’ll be charged the prorated difference immediately, and your new membership benefits will be available right away.

Can I access past content if I join later?

Yes! Members will have access to a growing archive of past videos, Q&A sessions, and case discussions. However, some limited-time content, such as live events, may not be available after they occur.

Does my membership automatically renew?

Yes, your membership will automatically renew at the end of your billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless you choose to cancel it. You can manage your renewal settings from your Account page.

Is there a refund policy?

Due to the nature of digital content and membership access, we do not offer refunds on membership fees. However, you can cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

Can I share my membership with someone else?

No, memberships are for individual use only. Sharing login details, content, or access with non-members is not permitted and if more than one person logs in with the same credentials it will “kick” the previous user out. If you’d like to gift a membership, we offer gifting options.
